Some of the best networking events in Leeds are the ones that do things a bit differently. Suits & Vinyl, which encourages delegates to don threads authentic to their musical self, is a case in point. If you’re more partial to American bar sports played to a transatlantic indie rock soundtrack, last week’s The Social Games networking event, held at Roxy’s Lanes on the Headrow, would’ve been up your street.
In addition to copious amounts of booze being chilled in buckets, the event’s private area contained mini baskball and shuffleboard games, alongside numerous pool tables. I recognised a few folk there and met some new ones from companies such as Connect Yorkshire and Candle Digital. My photos from the networking event below.
